Douglas (Doug) Christopherson
With more than 32 years experience as a mining engineer, Doug has held a
number of engineering positions, including mine manager, on mineral
projects located in the United States and Asia. In addition to his
engineering work, Doug has completed a number of environmental
assessments, plant/mine permitting, feasibility studies and ore reserve
estimations. Doug is an Associate of the company and manages engineering,
environmental and permitting assignments.

John W. Keller
With 15 years in the minerals industry and 7 years at the
Colorado Geological Survey, John is an experienced geologist and has
conducted exploration for metals and industrial minerals in the U.S.,
Latin America, China, and the former Soviet Union. He is proficient at 3D
geological modeling of mineral deposits and the use of geographic
information systems (GIS). At the Colorado Geological Survey, John
authored over 20 peer-reviewed geologic publications including 9 geologic
quadrangle maps. He is a Certified Professional Geologist in good standing
with the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG), and a
qualified person (QP) under National Instrument 43-101 (Canada).

Dr.
Miles L (Bill) Silbeman
Bill
is chief generative consultant to the company, and does initial
investigations and evaluations of Resources both in the US and offshore.
Bill has 40 years experience in the business, with 27 years at the USGS,
doing research and studies of mineral deposits throughout the US and
world-wide. He has run and managed exploration programs for precious and
base metals, for numerous major and junior clients and has taught at the
undergraduate and graduate levels. He is a qualified person by 43-101
standards and is a registered geologist in California.

Donald G. Strachan
Mr. Strachan is a senior geologist with 36
years of experience in mineral exploration, discovery, development and
production, mostly in North America but with some projects in the Middle
East and East Africa. Nevada has served as home and a base for consulting
since 1980. Mr. Strachan holds an M.S. degree from New Mexico Institute
of Mining and Technology, is a Certified Professional Geologist and a
member of the Geologic Society of Nevada, the Geologic Association of
Canada, and the Society of Economic Geologists.
